The pursuit of enjoyment.
Are you feeling tired, worn out, fatigued, stressed?
How long has it been since you have had fun?
Usually, when your body feels tired or your spirit feels drained, the fun factor is missing.
Fun can be defined in different ways.
The meaning of fun is: enjoyment, amusement, or lighthearted pleasure.
So, exercising, taking a course, running a marathon, (as wonderful as these activities are) don't count when you are tired, fatigued or stressed.
The types of activities I am talking about are all about receiving.
Examples include, watching a movie, getting a massage, taking in the sun, eating out.
Basically, where there is nothing expected from you.
In conclusion, find an activity which is only about relaxation and enjoyment.
Pursuing enjoyment in itself can be one of the most healing, energizing things you can do for yourself.
