If you are really busy, make it short. Like 5 minutes. And if you don't have 5 minutes. Make it 3.
I live by the rule that every human being, even the busiest can spare three minutes to step outdoors and take in the beauty of a beautiful day.
Do it now, if you can. It's your birthright.
Taking a walk outside increase good feelings.
That is enough of a reason to allow that small, kind change into your schedule.
