Sometimes in life, we take 'too much care of ourselves." We may spend too much time focused on our health, sleep patterns, and eating habits.
That level of focus can lead to high levels of stress.
If you notice you are too focused on 'getting everything right and on time', it may be time for a break.
A break can take many forms.
Some examples may be:
Watching a movie on a weekday evening.
Having a piece of chocolate cake (at the wrong time).
Taking off a mental health day ( to watch TV).
Remember, life is all about balance.
